Your MissionReporting to BizOps/IT Leadership and serving the CFO Organization, you will:
  • Act as an embedded technical owner for Finance systems, partnering directly with Finance stakeholders and the Solutions Analyst to translate business requirements into built, integrated, and maintained solutions, leading every stage from requirements intake and solution design through build, testing, and deployment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Build and maintain integrations across Finance's core systems: NetSuite (ERP), ADP (payroll), billing and AP tools, and Databricks (data warehouse), designed for scalability and long-term maintainability.
  • Execute high-priority technical projects: SSRS-to-Databricks reporting migration, PO system implementation, and client portal development.
  • Unlock underutilized NetSuite capabilities and lead all project phases -- from requirements through deployment -- with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Direct the ACS (NetSuite support contractor team), managing 20 monthly allocated hours toward prioritized Finance initiatives; scope and manage additional flex contractors for project spikes.
  • Build secure, HIPAA-compliant data delivery mechanisms that eliminate PHI exposure in Finance's manual workflows
  • Maintain a prioritized engineering backlog so that work is always clearly scoped, justified, and ready for resourcing.
  • Identify and build AI-assisted automation across Finance workflows -- AP/AR, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and anomaly detection -- reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools for Finance applicability; provide structured build-vs.-buy recommendations to Finance and IT leadership.
  • Expand support across the full CFO Organization over time (including FP&A and Finance Operations) as the technical roadmap grows beyond the initial Accounting focus.

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering or systems integration role, with demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across the full project lifecycle - from requirements gathering through deployment
  • Hands-on expertise with NetSuite (ERP): configurations, workflows, and integration development; experience directing or managing NetSuite support teams (e.g., ACS) strongly preferred
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and integrations involving Databricks or comparable data warehouse platforms
  • Proficiency integrating payroll and financial systems, including ADP or similar platforms, with downstream ERP and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR, billing, and financial operations workflows sufficient to architect solutions that reflect how Finance actually operates.
  • Experience managing contractor or vendor relationships, including scoping work, directing delivery, and maintaining accountability to timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure data handling solutions in HIPAA-regulated environments
  • Ability to maintain a prioritized technical backlog and communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Practical, demonstrated AI and automation experience applied to finance or operations workflows -- shipped solutions, not theoretical familiarity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred
  • Bonus: Experience with SSRS reporting migration, client portal development, or PO system implementation
  • Bonus: Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, or similar development and project tracking tools

Benefits
  • Medical Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Short & Long Term Disability
  • Life Insurance
  • 401k with company match
  • Flexible PTO
  • Paid Parental Leave
