Job description

THE COMPANY
At Builder Prime, we're revolutionizing the home improvement industry by doing more than just building software-we're giving hardworking contractors their time and freedom back. Our all-in-one business management solution is the essential platform for companies at their "level-up" moment, seamlessly integrating CRM, estimating, production management, payments, and reporting. By replacing disjointed tools with a unified data and automation foundation, we empower businesses to operate more efficiently, win more jobs, and achieve their growth goals. We look for collaborative and community-oriented team members who bring initiative and curiosity to the challenge of solving problems for our customers.
Builder Prime is backed by Blueprint Equity and is an AI-forward company. That means every employee is expected to use AI on real problems-not hypotheticals, not demos, but the actual work on their desk. We invest in tools, training, and time for our team to experiment and share what they learn. We're not waiting on the sidelines, and we don't have it all figured out. We're building this practice alongside our team, in the open.
We look for collaborative, community-oriented team members who bring initiative, curiosity, and a genuine interest in figuring out how AI can make their work and their customers' outcomes better.
THE ROLE
This is a remote position open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, who presently reside in the US. There is a preference for candidates in states where we already have Builder Prime employees; California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Builder Prime has an office in the greater Denver metro area (Westminster) that some of the sales team works out of.
Our implementation team facilitates smooth transitions for new customers by providing personalized implementation plans, technical configuration assistance, and comprehensive training to ensure effective software adoption and swift time to value.
As a member of the implementation team, you will lead implementations and drive strategic improvements to our implementation methodology. You'll serve as the escalation point for challenging technical configurations and will be instrumental in reducing our overall customer onboarding timeline.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
As an Implementation Project Manager at Builder Prime, you are responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve rapid time-to-value from our platform. This role reports directly to the Manager of Implementation and collaborates closely with Account Managers, Support, and Sales.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to streamline implementation processes and reduce time-to-value
  • Manage implementations with multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements
  • Lead kickoff calls to understand customer goals, timeline expectations, and success metrics
  • Configure the platform with custom templates, workflows, and settings specific to each customer's needs
  • Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering system training as part of the Implementation process.
  • Track implementation milestones and manage customer expectations throughout the setup process
  • Identify and solve technical challenges that arise during implementation
  • Coordinate with Account Managers for a smooth handoff once implementation is complete
  • Document customer workflows and configurations for future reference and support
  • Continuously optimize implementation processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze implementation data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer onboarding experience

THE MUST-HAVES
  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training roles, preferably in SaaS or construction technology
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value for diverse customer workflows
  • Proven track record of reducing implementation timelines and improving customer satisfaction scores
  • Experience with implementations involving multiple stakeholders and complex integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive process improvements
  • Experience conducting engaging virtual training sessions
  • Strong technical configuration skills with the ability to learn and master new software platforms quickly
  • Excellent project management abilities with a track record of meeting implementation deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different learning styles
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry.
  • Strong understanding of business management CRM software and its application in improving business processes.

THE BENEFITS
Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Exceptional Health Coverage - We cover 95% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees (Aetna & Guardian), plus 50% for dependents
  • Strong Retirement Match - 401k with up to 4% company match that's immediately vested (no waiting period!)
  • Generous Time Off - 20 PTO days, 48 hours sick time, 9 paid holidays, plus a paid volunteer day to give back to your community
  • Annual International Retreat - All-expenses-paid company trip to connect with teammates in amazing destinations (This year we went to Cancun, Mexico! Join us for our next one in 2027)
  • Life Happens Coverage - Company-paid life insurance ($50k), AD&D, and short-term disability, plus optional accident, hospital, critical illness, and additional life insurance
  • Grow With Us - $300 annual professional development stipend, plus an incredible sabbatical at 5 years (2 extra weeks PTO + $1,000 travel bonus)
  • Comprehensive Parental Leave - 10 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parents, 4 weeks for non-birthing parents
  • Fully Equipped From Day One - Company-provided laptop and all the equipment you need to succeed
PLUS...
  • Room to Grow: We LOVE to promote from within. Show us your best stuff, and you'll have ample opportunity to grow and advance.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: We are currently a mix of hybrid and fully remote roles across multiple time zones to support work-life balance.
  • We Hate Red Tape: We never restrict our team's creativity, so you'll have the freedom to experiment and test out new ideas. At Builder Prime, "Iterate To Innovate" is a foundational philosophy.
  • Strong Culture: Through the use of platforms like Bonusly, the Coffee Chat slack app, and other events and initiatives (both virtual and in-person), we strive to make work both a place where you can do the best work of your career AND have fun. There is no reason it can't be both!

This position will pay a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience and location.
Builder Prime is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity at all levels. We also participate in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility in the U.S.
