Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter who understands the unique talent needs of the insurance and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates across a variety of roles including advisors, underwriters, client service professionals, and support staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the insurance and financial services space
  • Knowledge of selling strategies in the financial services space to actively compete with other broker dealers/insurance firms
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent through networking, social media, job boards, and industry events
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, organizational goals, and candidate profiles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Salesforce
  • Promote our employer brand and contribute to a positive candidate experience


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for background in insurance or financial services
  • Deep understanding of industry roles, licensing requirements, and career paths within financial services
