Financial Services Representative
The Moody Street Group, LLC – OneAmerica Financial

The Moody Street Group, LLC, a general agency of OneAmerica Financial, provides financial strategies and solutions to individuals, families, and business owners. We work closely with clients to help them evaluate financial goals, manage risk, and implement long-term planning strategies.

We are currently seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team.

Role Overview

This position focuses on developing client relationships and providing financial solutions tailored to individual needs. Representatives work directly with clients to understand objectives, present appropriate strategies, and deliver ongoing service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct client meetings to assess financial objectives and needs
  • Present financial products and planning strategies
  • Provide ongoing client service and account support
  • Participate in training and professional development programs
  • Maintain compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, marketing, communications, or related fields)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Interest in financial services and relationship-based sales
  • Ability to obtain required state licensing (if not already licensed)

Training & Support

New representatives participate in a structured training program designed to develop product knowledge, client communication skills, and industry best practices. Ongoing technical and sales support is provided.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-based position. Compensation is performance-driven rather than salaried.

Most representatives in this role typically earn between $55,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on production, licensing, and individual performance.
