Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Zinnia Wealth Management.

Implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's long-term goals.

Manage and optimize workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and client service delivery along with our Director of Client Services.

Motivate the operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations management, within the financial services or wealth management industry. A backoffice superstart.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency and scalability.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in financial management software and CRM systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external stakeholders.
