We are seeking a Financial Advisor / Investment Representative who is committed to developing a professional career centered on financial planning, relationship management, and disciplined customer service. The Role
This position involves conducting structured financial and insurance reviews, identifying potential planning gaps, and discussing suitable strategies across income protection, retirement accumulation, and investment planning. The role operates within defined processes and supervisory guidelines and is supported by coaching and an established customer base.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive financial and insurance reviews (in person or virtual).

Active Florida Life & Health Insurance license (2-15) preferred.

Financial services, insurance, or advisory experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and strict adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
