Responsibilities

This role’s focus and priority is to ensure sales growth by recruiting, developing, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet annual production targets from the sale of protection and investment products, financial planning and wealth management services.


Prerequisite

  • Must be able to work and commute to office
  • Life, Accident & Health Insurance Licensed
  • FINRA Licenses: Series 7 and 66
  • Proven experience and success in the sale of protection and investments products. And/or management of a successful sales team selling protection and investment products.

  • A full-time, on-site Vice President of Sales Management (Sales Manager) in La Jolla, CA and/or Scottsdale, AZ. A leader, coach, and mentor with a track record of successful sales management experience.

  • A strong relationship-builder who takes a people-first approach.
  • A person who sees possibility and then brings everyone along. This demands leadership, diplomacy and patience.
  • Be comfortable with frequent change, an enthusiasm for competition, and the ability to put the team’s needs first.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to measuring results.

Good To Know: Our sales manager’s role is a hybrid position and can retain ownership of a book of business and maintain personal production.

Compensation

Please note the salary range posted is an estimated range.

Actual minimum compensation will be determined by years of experience, personal prior production, and/or team production if currently in a sales manager role.

Total compensation will also include commissions, overrides, bonuses and a robust benefits package.
