The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning and successfully managing the the launch of Apple products and programs worldwide. Aligning people, process and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the launch moment is enhanced by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is a natural leader and facilitator, a strategic thinker who can “connect the dots” at multiple levels, is driven, organized and detail oriented, communicates with ease at all levels, is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts, manages through relationships and influence, thrives in a dynamic ambiguous environment, and displays grace under fire.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic Online priorities through launch, and driving the program-level closed-loop process for better efficiencies and improvements. You will own and manage the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams, program timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of all execution workstreams. Through the program lifecycle, you will manage leadership and partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity. You will analyze and track new and emerging risks, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation & contingency plans.","responsibilities":"Center point for ASO, connecting all teams and workstreams, ensuring the best customer experience at launch and maintaining the integrity of customer orders
Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch. Own and deliver content + features plan with clear deliverables & timelines. Track and manage evolving priorities with appropriate trade-offs (with Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Finance and Retail Commercial teams)
Drive detailed operational systems plan of record and implementation, and manage readiness across internal and external systems (Operations, Customer Support and Engineering)
Drive effective change management with the new and changing Apple and Retail programs (with Product Management and Engineering)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Experience in eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen
Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data driven insights.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing ability to connect workstreams to business priorities
Strong influencing skills, coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome
Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization
English business proficiency
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
