We are a nimble, fast-growing systems integrator that designs, builds, and installs automation systems for leading North American and global OEMs.

Our multidisciplinary team marries mechanical design, controls, and manufacturing know-how to deliver turnkey automation cells—on time, on budget, and production ready.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the design and manufacturing of custom automation equipment used in automotive body, aerospace, energy and light manufacturing environments.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and technical Project Manager to lead custom engineering and manufacturing programs from inception through to final delivery. · Manage project invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers, and tracking project financials.

· Provide critical technical insights to Proposal and Estimating teams and participate in comprehensive proposal reviews.

Qualifications

· Post-secondary degree in engineering, technical studies, or a related field.

· 2–5+ years of experience in project management within a tooling, automotive manufacturing, or related industry

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of leading under pressure.

· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; highly organized with the ability to balance cost, schedule, and quality expectations collaboratively.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, etc.).

· Willingness and ability to travel domestically and cross-border to customer sites for integration and reviews.
