The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of complex projects from initiation through completion. Serving as the single point of accountability, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with both client expectations and organizational objectives.

What You'll Do
Own End-to-End Project Delivery
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned projects.
  • Drive execution from project kickoff through final delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Lead Teams & Manage Resources
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance.
  • Partner with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants as needed to ensure adequate staffing and expertise.
  • Coach, mentor, and support project team members to drive engagement and high performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations across scope, schedule, and financials.

Financial & Operational Management
