Americo is hiring a full-time Financial Systems Lead to join our expanding team!

This position is full time and based in office at our Kansas City, MO location.

Overview

This role works with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize financial systems, improve automation, enhance reporting, and support core finance processes within established guidelines and service level expectations. This position reports to the Chief Accounting Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation of new Oracle Fusion functionality, modules, and process improvements.

• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, provide training, and support long-term system enhancements and continuous improvement.

• Streamline end-to-end finance processes and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and errors across finance operations.

• Support the development and maintenance of system-based reports and dashboards for finance users.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across subledger and general ledger systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree completed in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, accounting, or finance operations.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

• Experience with Oracle Cloud tools such as Smart View, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, or BI Publisher.

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous improvement skills.

• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or analytics for finance users.

• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements and system adoption.
