You'll work alongside Senior and Lead Planners, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while playing a meaningful part in delivering an exceptional experience to our members. This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in this area, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.
What you'll do with us :
  • Shadow Senior and Lead Planners to build deep expertise in financial planning, investments, and tax strategy
  • Manage the Planning Team inbox, triaging member questions, routing complex inquiries to Senior Planners, and independently resolving straightforward requests with professionalism and care
  • Guide new members through the onboarding process, validating financial data and ensuring accuracy of client information
  • Conduct initial investment plan reviews, developing your analytical skills while supporting the broader planning team
  • Own outreach to inactive members to re-engage and maintain strong member relationships

What will set you apart:
  • Working toward or holding a CFP® designation
  • 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a client services role
  • Strong organizational skills and clear, professional written communication
