Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Demonstrated experience with:

  • Four end-to-end implementations in any two EPM cloud products (EPBS Modules, FCCS, ARCS, and NR).

  • Expert knowledge of the Oracle Planning Cloud toolsrequired

  • Experience with implementing EPBCSmodulesi.e., Finance, Workforce, Capex, and Projects.

  • Provenexpertisein design, build, testing and deployment of EPBCS applications

  • Extensive experience in Roles leading finance process improvement in Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Plans, Rolling Forecasting)

  • Expert in creation of EPBCS artifacts like hierarchies, forms, business rules, data import & export process using data management, security setup, Navigation flow, workflow etc.

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and associated functionality in the EPM area.

  • Good understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Workforce planning, Capex planning, strategic planning, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement.

  • Ability to analyze business requirements, features and functionality and develop an end-to-end solution and functional design.

  • Expertisein developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rule, and EPM Automate.

  • Businessprocessredesign and/or transformation.

  • Global delivery models.

  • Full life-cycle cloud implementations andmethodology, including leading meetings, solutiondesignand product configuration, conducting test cycles, and delivering knowledge transfer or training.

  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives.

  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities andidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

  • Ability to translate and communicate issues,risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.

  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludingconducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science)

  • 2+ years working in professional services or related industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

  • Professional Certification such as Oracle Financials Cloud 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist or similar preferred.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$97,000.00 - $146,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$106,700.00 - $160,600.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
