Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your financial services career? Strand & Associates, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Client Service Associate role to join our team.
This role offers a mix of client-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes financial planning support, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing practice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Scheduling and Coordination: Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings with clients. Manage advisor calendars and meeting logistics.Provide prompt, professional communication and service to clients.

Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Help clients gather and organize client information and documentation ahead of meetings.Coordinate with advisors on meeting preparation and follow-up actions. Complete post-meeting tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Manage task lists, calendars, and workflow priorities.

Client Service and Administration: Process forms, applications, account maintenance requests, and money movement transactions promptly and accurately.Manage client records, maintain CRM system and other additional client support as needed. Prepare client correspondence, appreciation notes, and other communications. Maintain timely communication with clients and team members. Process incoming and outgoing mail.

Team Collaboration: Partner with advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional client experience. Assist with operational initiatives and special projects as needed. Contribute to efficient office operations and continuous process improvement.

  • Strong passion for client service.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Job Location and Requirements:


This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule. We offer flexible work arrangements, with an expectation that team members generally work in our Minnetonka office 2-3 days per week.

Base Pay Salary

The salary range will be $55,000-$65,000/ year
