Your role at Clorox:
The Sales Planning Associate Manager is responsible for developing and deploying a growth strategy for the Sam's Club business including managing customer relationship, forecast, and checkbook. Works with Sales Director, National Account Manager, and multifunctional partners to deliver the business.
In this role, you will:
  • Drive the Business: Owns Business Plan for business segment, and contributes to Category Business Plan. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective in planning and execution. 30%
  • Financial Planning: Identifies and assesses growth opportunities and results. Manages team forecast inputs and trade fund checkbook. 30%
  • Customer Relationships: Builds strategic partnership with buying team, including negotiating key Segments and heavy contribution to full-team Customer engagements. 20%
  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization. 20%

  • 5+ Years Experience in Sales, Finance, or Brand Management
  • Strong Analytical skills, with experience in Nielsen/IRI/Scintilla
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with experience in trade spending and promotional planning
  • Self-motivated teammate with collaborative, creative problem-solving abilities, and GM mindset
  • Experience with Sam's Club and/or Walmart preferred

-Zone A: $109,400 - $210,000
-Zone B: $100,300 - $192,500
-Zone C: $91,200 - $175,000
