This Position reports to:

Lead Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business Controlling Financial Data Validation & Quality Ensure accuracy of financial data, business information, and reports through analysis, reconciliation, exception reviews, and provide recommendations to continuously enhance data quality.
  • Business & Performance Analysis Conduct analysis of business performance versus plan and forecast, including cost/benefit evaluations to support decision-making. Planning, Forecasting & Reporting Support preparation of organization-wide financial reporting, business planning, and forecasting, while delivering ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Process Optimization & Automation Increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and identifying opportunities for process/report standardization across countries, divisions, and business units.
  • Purchase Order & Financial Administration Assist Global Digital team members in managing external Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate invoicing, payments, provisions, and compliance with financial processes.
  • Month-End Closing & Compliance Perform month-end closing activities, ensure processes and controls are implemented in line with Group and unit requirements, and maintain proper audit trails. Audit & Documentation Management Maintain documentation for tax, internal, and external audits, ensuring transparency, compliance, and readiness for future reviews.
  • Hub-Level Responsibilities Provide analytical support at the hub level for performance tracking and forecasting. Assist controllers in consolidating and analysing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor key metrics and deliver early warnings on potential performance issues to enable timely corrective actions. Collaborate with financial professionals across Divisions, Hubs, Countries, and Functions to understand and analyse drivers of financial performance.

Qualifications for the role

  • 2- 8 years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skils. Thorough / detail-oriented approach
  • Experience and knowledge in project business and project controlling are preferred
  • Strong communication and Fluent in English
  • Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CA/CMA/ MBA Finance preferred. Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries. Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality
