Who: Finance professionals with 3-5+ years of experience in financial operations, FP&A, or operational finance, and prior team leadership experience.
What: Lead monthly close reporting, financial operations processes, IBP coordination, and manage a team supporting the Electronics business unit.
When: Full-Time.
Where: Hybrid role with on-site collaboration across the Electronics footprint; 25-50% travel required (domestic/international).
Why: Play a key role in strengthening finance operations, improving scalable processes, and enabling strategic decision support within a dynamic, matrixed organization.
Salary: $104,200 - $225,500 (placement based on experience and location) + comprehensive benefits and incentive opportunities.Role Overview
The Manager, Finance Operations supports execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement of financial operations processes, including monthly close reporting and forecasting coordination. This leader manages a team of analysts or specialists and partners closely with Strategic Finance Advisors (SFAs) to ensure process integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable financial support.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee execution and accuracy of monthly close reporting cycles
  • Review journal entries and financial outputs to ensure data integrity
  • Drive process improvements and maintain standardized reporting templates
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles and Portfolio Management Reviews (PMRs)
  • Coordinate forecast inputs and key performance metrics
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals
  • Address financial escalations and ad hoc analysis requests
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing professional employees and delivering team goals
  • Strong process orientation and analytical skills
  • Ability to reconcile discrepancies and improve workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and finance systems (Oracle, OneStream, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal control requirements

Preferred:
  • MBA or CPA
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Background in operational finance, FP&A, or shared services optimization
