Job Description
Looking for a hospitality career where you can lead a team, create memorable guest experiences, and still enjoy the charm of Fayetteville without being in the middle of the downtown rush? Stonebreaker Hotel is looking for passionate hospitality leaders to join our growing team.
Located just six blocks from the University of Arkansas campus, Stonebreaker Hotel offers the perfect balance - close to the energy of campus life while tucked away from the congestion and noise of the busy downtown entertainment district. Our setting creates a more elevated and intentional guest experience, and we are building a team that reflects that same atmosphere.
Stonebreaker Hotel is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will help oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including guest services, front office operations, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and overall guest satisfaction.
If you are a versatile hospitality professional with experience leading teams and managing hotel operations, this could be the opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of hotel leadership experience in a full-service hotel or similar hospitality environment and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As the Operations Manager, you will be expected to possess strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills. You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and inspiring team members while ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and hospitality throughout the hotel. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
Stonebreaker Hotel is managed by MMI Hotel Group, a company with roots dating back nearly 70 years in the hospitality industry. From our first hotel in 1956 through today, we have remained committed to providing outstanding guest service-hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
MMI fosters a work environment that is inclusive and diverse, where our team members can be themselves. MMI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a member of E-Verify. All qualified applicants, including minorities, women, protected veterans, and individuals with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.
