What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will:

  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
  • Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, and overall financial performance.
  • Provide insights for site management, S&OP, and global reporting.
  • Support budgeting processes using key assumptions and business inputs.
  • Validate productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX).
  • Ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting.

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
