We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our 97-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, conveniently located near the beautiful Outer Banks.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Marriott-certified General Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction, managing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams.
