We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Digital Media Operations Manager (Contractor) to support budget management and financial operations for our Global Digital Marketing team. This individual contributor will own the end-to-end management of digital media budgets, ensuring accuracy across planning, forecasting, and actuals, while partnering closely with media, finance, procurement, and accounting teams. This role is critical to maintaining operational rigor, enabling efficient spend management, and ensuring financial alignment across global programs.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, financial operations, or budget management (digital media experience preferred)
  • Strong experience managing complex budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial workflows
  • Proven ability to operate across procurement, finance, and accounting processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (complex tracking, modeling, and data organization)
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly translate financial data into actionable insights
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing digital media budgets or agency spend
  • Familiarity with SOW, PO, and invoice workflows in a marketing or media context
  • Experience supporting global teams and multi-region budgets
  • Background in improving or building operational and financial processes
Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain all documentation and tracking for planned and actual digital media spend, ensuring alignment across plan of record, forecasts, and actuals
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all budget adjustments (transfers, reallocations, incremental requests), ensuring changes are accurately documented and reflected in tracking systems
  • Partner with procurement and legal to process SOWs, and with procurement and accounting to set up and manage POs, including tracking spend against commitments
  • Manage accruals, invoice validation and approvals, and support month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Partner with finance and accounting to deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts, actuals, and pacing insights to stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable processes, workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across budget management
