DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:
A titre d'analyste des operations de tresorerie, vous serez responsable de la gestion des activites essentielles de tresorerie et de controle, notamment les processus KYC, la gestion des comptes bancaires corporatifs, les programmes de cartes de credit, les transferts de fonds et la gestion des acces. Vous contribuerez a assurer des operations financieres efficaces, securisees et conformes, tout en soutenant la mise en place d'un environnement de tresorerie evolutif a l'echelle mondiale.

RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES:
Gerer les processus KYC et assurer la conformite avec les exigences bancaires et reglementaires
Maintenir les mandats bancaires et les autorisations de signature, en assurant l'exactitude et la conformite
Administrer le programme de cartes de credit corporatives (emission, limites, suivi et rapprochement)
Coordonner les transferts de fonds domestiques et internationaux et resoudre les enjeux lies aux paiements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES / MINIMALES:
Baccalaureat en finance, comptabilite, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
2 a 4 ans d'experience en operations de tresorerie, bancaires ou role similaire
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et souci du detail
Maitrise de Microsoft Excel et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites

QUALIFICATIONS SUPPLEMENTAIRES OU SOUHAITEES (optionnel):
Experience avec la gestion des acces utilisateurs dans des portails bancaires
Connaissance des mandats bancaires et des controles de signataires

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for core treasury operations and control activities, including KYC processes, corporate banking management, credit card administration, fund transfers, and access management. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable treasury operations that support the organization's global growth and financial governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage KYC processes and ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
Maintain bank mandates and signatory authorizations with accuracy and proper controls
Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuance, limits, monitoring, and reconciliation
Oversee domestic and international fund transfers and resolve payment-related issues

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or similar financial roles
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage multiple priorities
