We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. I am seeking a Financial Controller for my client, an SME in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Richmond.

Mission - Oversee all of the company’s accounting and financial operations - Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements - Manage the entire accounting cycle and month-end closings - Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses - Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes - Oversee cash management, cash flow, and bank reconciliations - Participate in the analysis of production costs, margins, and inventory - Collaborate with operations, production, and management teams to support decision-making - Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards - Produce various management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) Your profile - College degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance - Experience in an accounting firm or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred - Experience in financial analysis, cost management, and inventory management is a plus - Working knowledge of English PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, recruitment consultant, followed by an interview with the General Manager.
