To thrive as a Financial Operations Intern, you need a solid grasp of accounting principles, financial analysis, and proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, typically supported by coursework in finance or accounting. Familiarity with financial management software like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks and a basic understanding of databases are often required.
