Who: A national marketing and media agency is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Coordinator to support client billing and media budget management.
What: Manage scopes of work, monitor media spend, reconcile budgets, prepare invoices, and support operational reporting across account teams.
When: This is a full-time position with immediate start availability.
Where: Remote within Eastern or Central Time Zones, including New York, New York; Washington, District of Columbia; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas; Austin, Texas.

Job Description:
The Finance & Operations Coordinator supports client billing, media spend tracking, scope management, and budget reconciliation while ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and operational accountability across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal finance for billing, backup documentation, and payment processing.
