Responsibilities: 

  • Support the development, implementation, and documentation of operational strategies and process improvement initiatives.  
  • Provide daytoday operational support to production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution 
  • Review, enter, maintain, and ensure data integrity within department systems.  
  • Conduct research and data analysis to inform project recommendations and operational decisions.  
  • Audit and report on financial transactions, operational metrics, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities and support automation efforts.  
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.  
  • Assist with process mapping, performance metric tracking, and manual processes as needed.  
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare materials/deliverables, and aid in follow-up tasks.  
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  
  • Proactively identify gaps, issues, and risks related to systems and processes; recommend and collaborate on solutions.  
  • Support business activity through manual data entry and policy documentation.  
  • Present findings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.  
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum two years of operational or business analysis experience. 
  • Financial services or insurance background preferred.  
  • Strong competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Familiarity with Agile framework; Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, AI preferred.  
  • Excellent documentation skills. 
  • Skilled in collaborating and communicating effectively within a team environment  
  • Ability to consistently deliver accurate and timely work product. 
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, recommend, and collaborate with team members on solutions. 
  • Ability to maintain sensitivity and awareness of confidentiality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Ability to maintain a customer-centric approach in all aspects of work and communication. 

Please note: This is a temporary role staffed through one of our trusted staffing agency partners. The individual selected will be an employee of the staffing agency and assigned to work with the M Financial team for the duration of the assignment (6 months). While the work will be performed in support of M Financial, employment including payroll and benefits will be through our partner staffing agency.
