Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or real estate finance.
- Real estate development or investment experience strongly preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise; experience with reporting and visualization tools a plus.
- Working knowledge of REIT-specific performance metrics, including FFO, GAAP and non-GAAP reporting concepts.
- Familiarity with Dealpath or other real estate pipeline management platforms preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track and aggregate data across a large portfolio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Rhode Island, this ranges from $105,200.00 - $136,800.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
