Job description

Job Description Summary
Organization's Summary Statement: The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations leads ticket operations and game management for Women's Basketball, Men's Soccer, and Women's Soccer while providing secondary support for Men's Lacrosse. The position provides leadership for ticket sales operations, season ticket renewals, priority seating, student ticketing strategy, financial administration, customer service initiatives, and postseason event operations. Collaborates with Marketing, RevGen, and campus partners to maximize attendance, revenue, and the fan experience while supervising student leads and game-day staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of ticket operations, event management, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to interpret University policies and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and supervise student employees.
Preferences: Knowledge and understanding of NCAA, Conference, University, and departmental policies and procedures. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Physical Demands: The position requires prolonged sitting and computer use, as well as the ability to operate standard office equipment with manual dexterity. The role involves occasional standing or walking to attend meetings or conduct campus business and may require lifting light office materials (up to 20 pounds). Visual acuity and effective verbal and auditory communication are essential for interacting with customers in person, by phone, or virtually.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: One (1) year of experience in a professional setting.
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics administrative structure and responsibilities.
Knowledge of athletics policies and procedures and federal, state, and other applicable, related laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
Ability to multitask and prioritize within unit and department environment as well manage large-scale athletics-related projects.
