This is a high-visibility analytical role reporting to senior leadership across Finance and Acquisitions, with a dual focus: improving the operating performance of owned properties and supporting underwriting and due diligence on new acquisitions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build property-wide and departmental performance dashboards
  • Analyze key performance indicators including RevPAR, ADR, GOP, EBITDA, and flow-through efficiency to identify revenue and cost opportunities
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and growth potential
  • Benchmark portfolio property performance against market-leading hotels, F&B;, and entertainment venues
  • Monitor market trends and competitor data to inform pricing, revenue management, and cost efficiency strategies
  • Support financial feasibility analysis on capital expenditures, renovations, and expansion opportunities
  • Prepare strategic presentations and financial analyses to support property business plans and budget setting
  • Drive process improvements and automation across financial reporting and data analysis
  • Support monthly investor reporting and loan compliance, financing, and refinancing strategies

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in hospitality financial planning, asset management, investment underwriting, or a related discipline
  • Background at a hotel investment firm, hospitality consultancy, asset management company, or hotel operating company preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in multi-property financial modelling and analysis
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with data analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of hotel financial statements, STR reports, ROI analysis, and hospitality underwriting techniques
  • Experience with hospitality financial systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across finance, operations, and executive teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

WHAT'S OFFERED
  • Base salary of USD $125,000-$135,000 per year
  • 20% target annual bonus
  • Flexible base location: Miami, Puerto Rico, or Scottsdale
  • High-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership at a growing hospitality private equity firm
  • Opportunity to work across a portfolio of award-winning luxury and upper-upscale properties
