About the Organization
Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). We currently manage more than 40 physician-owned vascular access centers where we provide physician practices with financial and outcomes reporting, staffing and training, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and insurance billing services. The Lifeline network of managed vascular access centers is accredited by the Joint Commission.
Through our relationships with nephrologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists and interventional cardiologists, we create and fortify environments in which these crucial services are delivered both seamlessly and efficiently. By delivering care in this manner, patients receive proactive care, early intervention and are able to maintain a quality of life that is all too often compromised by disease.

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to work closely with a renowned surgery center in Memphis, TN. This Marketing Representative will visit physician offices in the surrounding area, foster relationships and grow patient referrals for the surgery center.
Marketing Representative will work directly with physicians and surgery center staff to increase the referral base by promoting the practice to referring physicians and potential patients in the community. Proven sales techniques are applied to properly execute activities and produce results. Tracking of these marketing efforts are measured. We are seeking motivated individuals who have excellent interpersonal communication skills that can create and foster relationships across the medical industry.
Surgery center treats patients with a variety of vascular diseases. As a growing surgery center we are looking for a lead Physician Liaison to drive new patient referrals. We offer competitive pay range $65,000- $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package including the following:

Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
β€’ 4 year degree preferred
β€’ Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree β€’ Ability to work in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and CRM.
  • Successfully demonstrated meeting quotas/goals.
  • Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information to physicians
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal, communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must have strong, attention to detail, clinical/medical acumen, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize necessary resources to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
  • Ability to engage physicians in dialogue regarding pertinent services
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Direct experience in the healthcare arena preferred but not required
  • Able to travel in territory, as necessary; geography size may vary.
