Job description

Prime Finance is looking for an innovative, data-driven Financial Manager to support some of the fastest growing businesses at Amazon. This is a high-visibility role that offers opportunity for career growth; the role requires a self-driven candidate with a mix of business judgement, ability to work with complex data, controllership and automation skills. This role will support and design Prime P&L where Prime Program has been launched, and build/improve metrics to evaluate program performance across countries.

This role will partner across functional teams and help create long term forecasts for the customer-loved Prime Program. If you enjoy using analytical skills to shape strategy and building scalable tools to drive quick decisions this will be a good match.
Key job responsibilities
- Facilitating financial review meetings with Business and Finance stakeholders to support decision making.
- Driving thought leadership in the area of quantifying the value of distinct customer behaviors.
- Creating and improving financial metrics, reports and scorecards.
- Developing and leveraging relationships within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
- Being comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environment
