Summary

TheSenior Leadership Development Business Partneris a senior individual contributor within the Talent Management Group, responsible for deliveringhighimpactleadership development experiences for executive andseniorlevelleadersalongside their human resource partners and the Talent Management team. This role serves as a trusted advisor and coach, supporting leadership effectiveness, enterprise capability building, and strategic talent priorities.The role blends expert facilitation, executive andseniorleadercoaching, and leadership program delivery, with a strong emphasis on applied development, behavioral change, and alignment to business strategy.

Leadership Development Facilitation

  • Facilitate enterprise leadership development programs for executives, senior leaders, andhighpotentialtalentboth virtually and in-person
  • Deliver interactive, experiential learning aligned to the organization's leadership framework, values, and business priorities
  • Leadseniorlevelworkshops, leadership forums, and offsite sessions
  • Partner with internalcolleaguesto ensure consistent,highqualityprogram delivery

Executive & Senior Leader Coaching

  • Provide individual and group coaching to executive and senior leaders focused on leadership effectiveness, influence, change leadership, and team performance
  • Establish clear coaching contracts, goals, and measures of impact aligned to business outcomes
  • Support leaders through transitions, role expansion, and enterprise change initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and credibility as a trusted, objective coaching partner

Leadership Program Design & Delivery

  • Design andpropose evolving strategy forenterprise leadership development programs and curricula

RequiredQualifications

Education & Experience

  • 7 yearsof experience (ormore)in leadership development, executive facilitation, and coaching
  • Demonstrated experience working with executive andseniorlevelleaders in large, complex organizations (Fortune 500 or equivalent)
  • Proven successfacilitatingleadership programs and coaching senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degreerequired;Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Leadership, or related field preferred
  • Executive or leadership coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Experience with leadership assessments and diagnostic tools preferred
  • ~25% travel
  • This position is bonus eligible
