The Opportunity: Join our National Security Sector as a Mid-Level Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analyst based at Langley AFB, Virginia. Be part of a premier Military Intelligence Program supporting the U.S. Air Force's Air Combat Command (ACC) ISR mission.

Your Mission: Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of multi-ISR domain mission activities with U.S. Air Force, Joint, and U.S. Government (USG) ISR Enterprise stakeholders.

  • Deliver multi-ISR source analysis that supports tactical, operational, and theater units, Air Operations Centers (AOC), and Combatant Commands (CCMDs) across the DIMEFIL spectrum (Diplomatic, Information, Military, Economic, Finance, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement).

  • Produce professional analytical reports, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), and collaborate dynamically with multi-service and Intelligence Community (IC) producers.

  • Adhere to directives, tasking authorities, and applicable USAF and IC standards while delivering actionable intelligence.

  • Apply diverse analytical techniques to solve complex problems and ensure the quality of junior analysts' work and products.

What You'll Need: Basic Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree and at least 4 -6 years of relevant intelligence experience. (Additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.)

  • Expertise in Analysis: Minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing and reporting multi-domain data, utilizing advanced research techniques, and familiarity with IC databases and reporting protocols.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, strong problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to thrive independently or as part of a dynamic team.

  • Knowledge of Standards: In-depth understanding of applicable DoD and IC directives, analytic tradecraft standards, and reporting cycles.

  • Clearance: An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Familiarity with AF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

  • Experience with tools or domains such as JIRA/Confluence, Space Intelligence, Human Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and other DoD/IC sensors or applications.
