As our Dental Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist, you'll be the first and last impression many of our patients have of our practice, a vital link between their dental needs and the care we provide. You'll be instrumental in guiding patients through their treatment journey, from scheduling their first visit to explaining treatment plans and coordinating financial arrangements. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes, and answer phone calls.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with the dental team to optimize the schedule.

Present treatment plans to patients, explaining procedures, costs, and financing options clearly and compassionately.

Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Manage patient records accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.

Assist with patient inquiries regarding appointments, billing, and general dental care.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients.

Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental office setting, preferably as a Treatment Coordinator or Receptionist.

Proficiency in dental practice management software.

Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures, billing, and claims processing.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Familiarity with treatment planning and patient financing options.
