You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms using advanced programming languages, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
  • Develop resilient data architectures across data warehouses, lakes, and streaming environments to support enterprise analytics and reporting
  • Ensure enterprise data security, governance, quality, and standardization across all data and analytics solutions
  • Lead the end to end delivery of analytics data products, from design and development through production support and optimization
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering partners to enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions
  • Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, driving best practices, technical excellence, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Languages: Solid expertise in Python and/or Scala/Java
  • SQL & Data Modeling: Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and performance tuning
  • Big Data/Distributed Systems: Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake or Kafka
  • Cloud Platforms: Exhaustive experience of working with Azure cloud services
  • Data Pipelines: Designing, building, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Data Architecture: Experience with data modeling, warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), and ETL/ELT best practices
  • Tools & DevOps: Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow), CI/CD, Git, and Linux
  • Soft Skills & Leadership: Solid communication, collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior engineers

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
