Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist in tax planning strategies, including estate planning, mergers & acquisitions, and investment analysis
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations by staying current on tax law changes
  • Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts to support accurate tax reporting
