Are you a people-loving, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating great patient experiences? Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for an enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator-Bilingual to join our team!

About the Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for new patients and play a crucial role in their journey toward achieving a confident smile. You’ll guide patients through their treatment options, explain financial plans, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience.  The goal is for the patient/parent to choose our office after their amazing experience with you as their treatment coordinator!

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new patients and provide an exceptional, friendly experience
  • Review treatment plans with patients and answer questions clearly and confidently
  • Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options
  • Coordinate scheduling of initial and follow-up appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the clinical team
  • Support practice growth by following up with prospective patients

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, positive, and compassionate personality
  • Ability to explain treatment and financial details with confidence
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in dentistry/orthodontics and/or sales is preferred, but we will train the right person
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
