About the Opportunity
We are conducting a search for a Controller to join a growing company headquartered in the West Houston area. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CFO within a lean, performance-driven environment. The Controller will play a critical role in strengthening financial infrastructure, enhancing reporting capabilities, and scaling the accounting function to support continued expansion.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $190K - $205K

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Drive forecasting and financial reporting (Excel-based environment)
