  • Must possess the ability to work closely with all Departmental Directors and Managers and be able to identify areas of improvement for any Department and will often be required to support and contribute expertise to projects relating to the achievement of property Business, Guest Service, and Financial goals in a supportive manner;
  • Creates and oversees packages for corporate review meetings;
  • Develops ROI analyses for capital projects and property events as needed;
  • Incumbent will often be asked to conduct analyses for which there is no template or prior version and will need to be able to develop completely new methods of analysis using all the data available;
  • Prepares and maintains weekly property forecast;
  • Reviews financial statements and schedules, reporting on variances;
  • Ensure that the property expense tracking system is properly maintained;
  • Job tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Casino experience preferred;
  • Prior analytical experience required;
  • Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment;
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel with proficiency in Microsoft Access preferred;
  • Proficiency in Timeline, Showcase, ACSC, and Tableau Portal is preferred;
  • Strong organizational and communications skills, teamwork and attention to detail are necessary for Must be able to meet required deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks;
  • Professionalism, discretion and independent judgment;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
