We need your urgent assistance identifying qualified candidates for a Finance Controller position with Cyient Inc.

The position is on-site, with a strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Frisco, Texas. The maximum base salary is $150,000 annually.

We are looking for candidates from Big 5 Consulting firms.

Key requirements include:

  • 10–15 years of progressive finance, accounting, and controllership experience no more than 15years.
  • CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working within a multinational organization
  • Experience managing audits, tax compliance, treasury, revenue recognition, and complex accounting matters
  • Technology, engineering services, consulting, or professional-services industry experience preferred
  • Experience supporting acquisitions and post-acquisition integration is desirable
