As a Mail Services Associate, you will help keep our corporate office connected by ensuring mail, packages, courier deliveries, copy requests, and fulfillment projects move accurately and on time. You will join a collaborative, service-focused team and support associates across the Home Office with dependable solutions and responsive customer service.
What you will be doing:
  • Receive, scan, sort, tag, and deliver incoming U.S. Mail, interoffice mail, courier items, pallets, and other large deliveries throughout the Home Office.
  • Pick up and process outgoing mail and packages, including daily FedEx shipments and U.S. Mail through the Pitney Bowes postal meter.
  • Use SendSuite Online to record barcoded items, maintain recipient databases, print labels, and research lost or missing deliveries.
  • Complete fulfillment and mailing projects for teams such as Merchandising, Human Resources, and Sales, including store mailings, marketing promotions, sales letters, and tax mailings.
  • Configure Excel spreadsheets for batch processing of shipping labels and operate folder/inserter equipment for special mailings.
  • Drive to the local Post Office to collect mail or deliver Certified Mail.
  • Maintain floor mail slots, stock copy rooms with paper and shipping supplies, and respond to associate mailing questions.
  • Provide minor troubleshooting for Home Office copiers and coordinate service for FedEx and Pitney Bowes equipment.
  • Follow established procedures and safety practices while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A customer-focused, collaborative approach and a commitment to accurate, timely service.
  • The ability to read and interpret instructions, identify missing information, and address issues proactively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to balance multiple mailroom, copy, and fulfillment priorities.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, along with mailroom and shipping technology.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to spot opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital copy and print or manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in production finishing or another specialized area of print manufacturing.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to type 35 words per minute.
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of USPS regulations and UPS and FedEx shipping requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, and a registered, insured, and inspected personal vehicle.
  • Ability to use touchscreen equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical experience with mail center equipment and systems, including postage meters, FedEx Ship Manager, SendSuite Online Tracking, and folder/inserters.
