Job description

The Client Service Associate role focuses on supporting clients and advisors by executing routine administrative tasks and handling client requests. Responsibilities include assisting with account openings, processing paperwork, scheduling client meetings, and preparing basic reports. The Associate ensures CRM data accuracy and helps with client follow-up and meeting preparations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing friendly and professional client service. The role also involves learning about investment products and improving internal processes under supervision.


The ideal candidate demonstrates a growth mindset, is receptive to feedback, and is committed to continuous learning, professional development, and contributing to the success of the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Frequent custodian interaction & paperwork processing.

  • Process account openings and process tasks with Custodians.

  • Schedule client meetings.

  • Basic preparation and follow-up for client meetings.

  • Prepare client forms and financial reports in advance of client meetings.

  • Develop knowledge of investment accounts, products and the forms required to transact business.

  • Assist with internal coordination across departments to ensure tasks/ follow up is completed in a timely manner.

  • Ongoing maintenance and quality control of CRM.

  • Organize advisory team meetings and events.

  • Receive client calls and resolve questions/issues as needed.

  • Execute client appreciation and retention activities.

  • Prepare and process custodian forms to support client account maintenance, transfers, and other account-related requests.

  • Serve as backup administrative support as needed, assisting with office operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile - "Our Casting Call!"

      Required Credentials:

      • Bachelor's degree

      • 1-3+ years of experience

      • Willingness to obtain the Series 65 license within one year of employment.
