Client Services Associate โ€“ Broker Dealer & RIA Support

Hybrid | 4 Days In-Office


Join a growing financial services team supporting Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) clients in a highly visible, client-facing role. This position is ideal for someone with brokerage, banking, or financial services experience who enjoys problem-solving, relationship management, and navigating operational processes in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Broker Dealer and RIA clients
  • Assist with brokerage account opening, transfers, maintenance, and platform navigation
  • Manage client inquiries and escalations via phone and email
  • Own issues from intake through resolution with strong follow-up and communication
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
  • Deliver a professional, high-touch client experience while managing multiple priorities


Qualifications

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or retail banking
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Broker Dealer and/or RIA environments
