Job Title: Financial Client Service Associate Location: Chicago Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: The Financial Client Service Associate role involves working closely with financial advisors to ensure smooth and efficient client onboarding, transaction processing, and operational support. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Assist financial advisors in the onboarding process of new clients, including gathering necessary documents, setting up accounts, and ensuring all client information is accurate and complete. Transaction Support: Manage and process various client transactions, such as fund transfers and investment purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their accounts, transactions, and inquiries. Provide timely responses to client requests and ensure their needs are met efficiently. Operational Support: Support day-to-day operations by managing client account information, maintaining accurate records, and updating client details in the system. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, track transactions, and ensure proper documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes. Coordination with Advisors: Work closely with financial advisors to ensure that client needs are met and provide administrative support for client meetings, reviews, and other financial services. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all activities are conducted in line with industry regulations and the company’s internal policies. Help maintain the firm’s compliance with all relevant financial laws and guidelines. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Experience in a client service role within financial services or a related industry. Familiarity with financial products and services such as investments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Series 6, 7, 65 or 66 licenses Previous experience working with financial advisors or in client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
