The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to play a key role in supporting our Financial Advisors and Planners while delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position with meaningful exposure to all aspects of a sophisticated, relationship-driven wealth management practice and a clear path for professional growth.
What You'll Do
Client Experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Support onboarding, account openings, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through consistent, attentive service
Operations & Support
  • Provide day-to-day support to Advisors and Planners
  • Prepare and process client documentation across investment, insurance, and planning needs
  • Track account activity and service requests to ensure accuracy and timely follow-through
  • Maintain detailed records while supporting compliance requirements
Team Coordination
  • Organize client data to support financial planning and recommendations
  • Coordinate follow-ups from meetings and ensure action items are completed
  • Collaborate across the team to deliver a consistent client experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall efficiency
  • Support the firm's integrated tax planning efforts by organizing client information, coordinating with the tax team, and helping ensure planning recommendations are implemented accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in client service or operations within a wealth management or financial advisory firm
  • Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required
  • Florida Life/Health license preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and investment concepts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • A client-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
