Responsibilities:
  • Project Leader: Manage projects by leveraging your Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) skills, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
  • Mentor and Guide: Provide mentoring and guidance to other project managers within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Methodology Expert: Apply project management methodologies and develop best practices and tools for efficient project execution.
  • Scope and Resource Organizer: Define project scope and objectives, and effectively organize project resources to achieve project goals.
  • Budget Manager: Develop project budgets and maintain a close watch on costs versus actuals, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Risk and Issue Communicator: Track and communicate risks, issues, tasks, and lessons learned, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.
  • Change Manager: Identify and manage project scope and changes following standard project management methodologies, ensuring project alignment and success.
  • Problem Solver: Collaborate with the project team to identify, document, and resolve project-related problems, driving project success.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent four-year degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in an IT Project Management, Business Process Management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficient in SAP (ERP/EWM) required.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
