Direct Counsel is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-to-Senior Level) to join a national law firm in Atlanta.

Overview
Direct Counsel is recruiting a mid-level to senior finance associate attorney on behalf of a national Am Law firm’s growing Atlanta office. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be an active member of the Georgia bar.
