Salary:

Novalink Solutions LLC is looking to hire a Finance Associate who will work remotely to support our team. Finance Associate will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Payroll duties:
    • Review and enter contractor/employee timesheets
    • Prepare and Run Payroll every other week, monthly for employees and contractors
    • Review and prepare post payroll reports
    • Review and monitor quarterly and annual reports to make sure the company is in compliance with state and federal

  • Collect/Send Invoices and record in AR/AP-QBO

  • Record and maintain company expenses such as health insurance, immigration expenses...

  • Reconcile bank and CC statements

  • Review and finalize NICR procedures

  • Respond to employees/contractors finance inquires

  • Other project assigned by direct manager

Min requirement: 1-2 years of experience with Quickbook, payroll processing

Work location: 100% remote
