Supportive Culture: Work directly with ownership in a small, fast-moving company where ownership, accountability, and reliability are highly valued.

Compensation: Up to $70,000 depending on experience.

Outstanding Benefits: Enjoy fully paid health insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, a cell phone allowance, and 25 paid days off each year (15 days PTO plus 10 company holidays).

What You'll Do

As an Accounting and Finance Associate, you'll help ensure the company's accounting records, loan servicing system, investor reporting, cash activity, and management reporting remain accurate, current, and reliable.

  • Assist with loan portfolio accounting, reconciliations, investor reporting, and cash management.
  • Prepare recurring management reports and analyze portfolio performance, profitability, liquidity, pricing, and risk.
  • Learn how accounting, loan operations, investor reporting, and financial analysis work together in a private lending business.
  • Help improve accounting processes, reporting systems, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Utilize accounting systems, loan management systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools to maintain accurate financial and loan data.
