About the Opportunity

A well-established law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate to join its Financial Services practice. This role focuses on complex financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance. The firm represents major financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and global organizations across a wide range of industries.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support complex financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance

  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents

  • Collaborate with partners and deal teams on sophisticated financial transactions

  • Assist financial institution clients with structuring and executing credit facilities

  • Provide strategic legal analysis and transaction support


Required Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of transactional legal experience

  • Experience with syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions

  • Strong academic performance

  • Active bar admission in North Carolina or South Carolina
